About Jackson
Jackson Hainer is a Lighting Designer, Lighting Programmer, and all around Theatre Technician. His most recent work was with the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre, where he worked for a year as a Lighting Technician. In his time there, he garnered multiple lighting design credits, primarily in concert work, lighting programming, and lightboard operation. Outside of his professional work, many of his credits come from Harrison High School, where he was the Principle Lighting Designer. He also gathered credits as a Set Designer and Sound Engineer. He has also designed multiple shows for children’s and community theatres, primarily with Firefly Theatrical. Jackson is currently attending Ball State University to earn his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design and Technology with a focus in lighting design.
